I did part of what I intended to do yesterday, so that's a start.

I made:

Spinach and Tomato Pasta Salad:

Egg White and Avocado Salad:

I ate a serving of each for dinner. Good thing they're both reasonably low in calories.

I'll eat more of the egg white and avocado salad for lunch with some hemp toast and probably a bigger serving of pasta salad for dinner tonight. Maybe with a Healthy Choice Fudge Bar. I also have an apple on my desk in case I'm feeling a bit peckish this afternoon.

Went to the gym this morning too, for the elliptical/rower/bike trifecta. My toes still hurt so no treadmill but by Monday I think I'll be good to go and then I can really start cranking out some calories.

That's the plan anyway. Now to attempt to stay on track for the weekend with damn near every meal out ...
