I have finished 13 days of Bootcamp and I'm actually enjoying it! I never would have thought that I would look forward to exercising. Well, I guess it's not really the exercise itself that I look forward to...it's the sense of accomplishment when I finish that I really enjoy.
This week I have completed the exercise video each evening and I have surpassed my cardio goals already. The scale hasn't shown much of a difference yet, but boy, can I feel a change in my body! Things are definitely feeling smaller. Yesterday I put on my favourite pair of yoga pants and they started to fall down as I was working out!
While I would dearly love to see those numbers on the scale magically shrink, I am pleased with my progress so far. I'll be doing my official weigh in and measurements on Sunday.
