Slowly but surely...

I have finished 13 days of Bootcamp and I'm actually enjoying it! I never would have thought that I would look forward to exercising. Well, I guess it's not really the exercise itself that I look forward to...it's the sense of accomplishment when I finish that I really enjoy.

This week I have completed the exercise video each evening and I have surpassed my cardio goals already. The scale hasn't shown much of a difference yet, but boy, can I feel a change in my body! Things are definitely feeling smaller. Yesterday I put on my favourite pair of yoga pants and they started to fall down as I was working out!

While I would dearly love to see those numbers on the scale magically shrink, I am pleased with my progress so far. I'll be doing my official weigh in and measurements on Sunday.

    I'm glad you're enjoying Bootcamp and seeing results from it. Don't worry about the scale, your clothes are telling you that you're doing a good job. I'm sure the scale will reward you soon enough. Keep up the good work.
