Time to redo MY schedule once again!!!

Okay so I made a schedule for myself about a year ago..WELL......it didn't work out so well. I fell of the wagon once again, lots of things changed, I gained the weight back, had thousands of excuses NOT to stick to it, so here I am again.....giving this another shot and I WILL MAKE THIS WORK!!!

5.30AM-6.30AM: SPARK, EMAILS, ETSY & TRUCKING BUSINESS
6.30AM-7.30AM: SPEND TIME WITH LISA BEFORE SCHOOL, DRIVE HER TO SCHOOL, BREAKFAST & DISHES
7.30AM-10 AM: EXERCISE - MO, WED & FRI - GO TO THE GYM, REST OF THE WEEK EXERCISE AT HOME
10AM-11AM: CLEAN & SHOWER
11AM-12.30PM: TRUCKING BUSINESS, ETSY & LUNCH, SPARK IF I HAVE TIME
12.30PM-3PM: WATCH MY SOAPS & KNIT/CROCHET (which is for MY online business)
3PM-4PM: TRUCKING BUSINESS, ETSY & SPARK
4PM-6PM: PICK UP LISA FROM SCHOOL & GO TO THE GYM IF SHE HAS NO HOMEWORK OR OTHER ACTIVITIES
6PM-7PM: DINNER & CLEAN & SPARK
7PM-9PM: RELAX & KNIT
9PM-10.30PM: TRUCKING BUSINESS, SPARK, ETSY & EMAILS
10.30PM-5.30AM: SLEEP

AND BEING BUSINESS OWNERS - WE REALLY DON'T HAVE A WEEKEND!!!! WHILE HUBBY IS OUT ON THE ROAD - THERE IS NO DAYS OFF!!!

And of course if our kids need anything or hubby needs anything done for OUR TRUCKING BUSINESS - IT WILL ALWAYS COME FIRST before SPARK!!!!
ALSO.......I have been neglecting MY ETSY store.......so that's gonna change and is another thing that just pops up on some days, depending if I have special orders. They need to get fit into my schedule as well.
Since Lisa plays basketball, runs track & cross country, is a cheerleader and now also a FFA member and we have show pigs...........well these things just get fitted in with everything else depending on the schools schedules!!!! There will be stock shows, game days, track meets, cross country events and football games, some at home, some outta town.......so I just go with the flow on those days!!
With two sons in the military, one currently deployed to Afghanistan - I am a member of our local MARINE PARENT support group, we have meetings, fundraisers, packing parties to send care packages to our deployed troops etc....it all has to fit into my life & schedule as well.
I also make sure I get plenty of ME TIME!! Which in my case is knitting/crocheting - yeah WORK basically, BUT I LOVE MY JOB!!!

BUT IT ALL WILL WORK OUT!!!!!!! I WILL MAKE THIS WORK!!!

    And here they say stay at home people have it easy :-) I'm out of breath just reading this. Almost makes me feel lazy... I think it's really helpful to outline a schedule; I've been wanting to do something like this for a long time. For me it would be only on a week to week though, can't handle larger increments. BTW, when do you have time to eat?

    This is a great schedule, Petra!! Over the weekend, I should seee if I can't get a schedule up and running for myself. For me, it's also about the shower times, lol. I work with dogs, so I really want to shower when I get home, but if I work out at night, I want to shower again, my skin really doesn't like to be scrubbed 3 times a day..... So I think working out BEFORE work would be a good idea! Getting up at 5 working out, shower breakfast.... in the car ready to rock by 6:20. I can do this!
