Okay, This is my first ever blog. I'm not too comfortable doing it, but it's part of a challenge so here goes...
My progress so far. Well I'm still here doing it, journaling my food and exercise. I'm the kind of person who likes to have a checklist. So, this site is great for me. Weekends are the toughest. I work a 4 day week. Something in me thinks I need to celebrate 'cause it's the weekend. How better to celebrate than with food??? At least that is the mindset I am overcoming. Overall I am making progress and that's way better than going backwards.
