Every day I'm feeling strong and feel really committed to P90X (or need to be committed:) and I have much to do today. I HAVE to be organized now or it won't get done. Also, I was very convicted about spending so much time on this and so little time set aside for GOD. My devotion time is a pidly amount so that HAS to change if I want to continue. I'm looking for more ways to just keep God first and foremost in my life. After all, when my day comes to stand before Him He's not going to ask me how I did with P90X. He's going to ask me What did you do for my Son? Also, by putting God first I can call on Him to help me with P90X. I'm also getting more organized in my cleaning. So P90X is helping me in many many other ways. I"m weighing daily and keeping a record on my calendar but plan to also log my food into the Sparkpeople nutrtion tracker daily and log my calories and macros so I can get a handle on my weight. Right now I keep fluctuating 3 lb. up and down. It may be the exercise but I have a feeling that it may be mindless grazing and although the food is on plan it is just too much food. So, once a week I will update my stats. So far today I've had a short devotion time, planned out my meals for the day and logged them into the nutrition tracker. If I eat ANYTHING off the list I will update my nutrtion tracker. Feeling gooood and am off to clean before I lose my momentum.
