Back on Track-Day 3

I didn't get up early enough to exercise before work so I had to do it tonight. Exercising at night is not going to work out for me an a regular basis. I need to get up and get moving in the morning.
I stayed within my calories and drank 8 glasses of water too. It takes awhile to get a momentum going. Hopefully it won't take too long before all these become habit.
I may be working a ton of overtime which could make things interesting, but I'm determined to keep moving forward with fitness and exercise.

    I would have such a hard time sticking with it and working at night! I always want to eat at work when I am sleepy! Hang in there. I hope you are having a good week.
