well, the scale says I have gone back up 21 lbs from when i last weighed. sort of disheartening, but at least here i am, moving forward...
what works for me:
~staying accountable here, logging foods ALWAYS
~regular exercise, at least 3 times a week. aerobic and or strength
~more water, always
I know what to do. I just need to DO IT.
