Day 1 Week 1 of C25K

I completed day 1 of Week 1 of Couch to 5K and I survived. I wasn't sure I could do it and figured I would end up walking most of the runs, but I did it. I did it on the treadmill which I am convinced is not nearly as difficult as the real road, but still I was able to do it. I'm excited, can you tell. It more or less made my day, after my children (who I love dearly) had a super whiny day.

I did it.
