p90x day 4: yoga

Wednesday, January 13, 2010

wanted to wake up and do yoga before another double shift at work..didn't happen...i've been so tired even though i've been sleeping like a log 8 hours a night...weird emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

anyway, worked 10-2

came home and instead of doing Yoga X I did Tony Horton 1 on 1 Fountain of Youth...I didn't do Yoga X because 1) it's so damn long to begin with!! (90 minutes) and I really only had an hour to work out so I had to do something shorter...I love FoY YOGA because Tony made it to specifically supplement Yoga X since a lot of people complained about the length.

I have not done yoga in a really long time...my body needed this...had a great session and felt myself limber up...i'm not as flexible as i was when i was doing yoga weekly during my first round but i know i'll get back there

the yoga made me even more tired then i already was to begin with..i got back to work around 4pm-ish (lunch is 2-4) and we had a little break with no patients and I literally took a 20 minute nap on the table! Good thing the chiro doesn't care! LoL

Tomorrow is Legs & back and ab ripper...i HAVE to wake up at 6 to do it before another double at work or it won't get done...I have a massage at 2 during lunch so it's workout in morning or don't work out at all...i'll get home from work tonight at 8:30, go straight to bed and be up at 6...i hate missing workouts when i'm doing rounds.

eating has been killer clean baby emoticon

Awesome job! I know...90 min is like freakin' forever with yoga! I can do 60....but that 90 is a killer for me.
This reminds me I need to start incorporating more yoga into my workouts! emoticon emoticon
