2010 so far

Hey guys!
I can't believe I haven't blogged for a month! I guess it has been pretty busy. I went home for about a week over the holidays. I didn't track my food, but I thought I did ok, except for a day or two when I indulged. But then I got home and weighed myself, 175! Oops. I got back down to 172 but then it was time for my annual music cruise. So for 5 days I was on a boat, with no real control over my food options. I worked out twice though and stuck with healthy foods. I ordered the vegetarian entree each night (except lobster night). I did allow myself dessert at dinner each night, but I tried not to finish it all. I also didn't drink very much, especially compared to years passed. When I got home, I weighted myself and I had only gained .4 lbs, so I guess it worked! Then today after breakfast I was down to 170.6.
The next big thing I have planned is my wedding in August. Between now and then I'm determined to get to my goal weight of 150-155. I've been reading a lot of great books about eating healthy
