do I get motivated again?
I understand that if I do not lose the weight and keep it off that my health will be poor. I have too high of bad cholesterol and too low of good cholesterol. My BMI puts my in the overweight category and I fee sluggish when I eat bad.
So, what do I do to change my brain to eat better and exercise more?
I mean I am 7 pounds heavier than I was in November and I can see a big difference in the way my clothes fit. 7 pounds makes a big difference!!
I know I have to do it myself, but...I needed to write it down to really see it.
