getting re-motivated

yesterday ihad a training day at work which lasted for eight hrs and then i have night class for a further 3 hrs. by the time i got home i felt thoroughly hacked off so i had my tea and got in a nice hot bath and read for a while.

i went to bed and straight to sleep.

i feel alot better within myself for it now though.

i bet the scales dont say the same when i come to get on them this weekend.

hey ho

today is another day and my exercise schedule is all set ready for getting home.

bring on the gym.
