This is my second week back, after being gone for about one year. I really need to stick with it this time. I`ve tried ww, diet pills you name it i`ve tried it.
I can motivate everyone but my self. I would like to lose about 50 or 60lbs. I hoping that i can stay on track with the help from everyone on sp. The more i read on sp the more i love it. I wish everyone the best on their weight lose journey.

    The main thing is to focus on eating healthy and getting enough exercise. Spark People has been a great source of inspiration for me. I too have spent a lifetime of dieting and gaining it back. Dieting is about losing weight. Eating healthy helps you lose weight and feel great. Stick with it!
