Daily blogging for a challenge on my team FAFFFT Team)! Day 3

Got 50 minutes with stretching of WATP with Jenna and 15 mins of Wii FIT in today!
Got to bed an hourearlier than planned to make up for my lost hour night before.
Forced two fruits and tons of veggies.
Doing better, but I must get unattached from my computer.
Working on retiring!
Working on reading "The Spark"
No V8 juice today and yes, low sodium it is!!!

Feel like it was a good day and want to thank Sparkpeople for all the tools we get entirely for FREE. I also want to thank my SP Team for being there! Hugs to all who read and support me too!

    Good goal list. The computer time is hard to back off, but for me this last wk, when I WANTED to be on more, I can't b/c of my hips/back. I need to get caught up, but going to be hard when I can't sit here very long @ 1 time.

    I can so relate to the computer time. I have a game addiction along with it too.

    Glad to hear the V8 is low sodium (you can be never too careful, lol). I hear some governments are restricting manufacturers amount of sodium allowed, which will be good, but I wonder what other chemical they will replace it with?
