What to do....

Today for my exercise I went walking around a store for two hours shopping. Yes it was a work out. I did very bad b/c I missed breakfast and lunch. My hubby went to the store today and got me some healthier food to make sure I start getting all three meals in a day.
Also I smoked my last cigarette yesterday afternoon so I know some weight is going to come back till I get all that out of my system. I am staying positive. Making small changes at a time and not dwelling on if I mess up a day. How is everyone else doing? emoticon
