Yikes! Tonight we had dinner a little early. A very healthy dinner at that, but my eating schedule had been thrown off due to some errands. I suppose I could have resorted to fast food, but I avoided that. So, I had a late breakfast, and didn't have lunch. Had a small snack (love those 100 calorie packs of cheez-its) and planned dinner. So, we wound up eating much about an hour and a half earlier than usual. Dinner is usually 6:30, but it was 5 tonight, and we won't be doing that again. lol

I actually have quite a bit of calories left over for the day that I could use, but I've stopped eating past 7. So, now I'm sitting here watching American Idol and have a SEVERE case of the munchies. lol Just popped a stick of doublemint in to chew, and it's actually helped. Might have to remember this trick.
