I completed a power walk dvd tonight. I am sweaty so it had some effect. I drank plenty of water too. I feel good-tired but good. My tendonitis in my foot isn't aching too terribly. I haven't made it back to the gym yet - I will in time. I miss the ellipticals and the treadmill. I know I can't run on it yet though. I am on my path once again. This time I visualize success. I wake up in the morning with the mantra, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?', and I immediately do ab crunches before leaving the bed. I know what I want. I want to be fit and strong. I will get there. The Biggest Loser episode is on tv now, so time to watch it and get some more tips.
