Well the other day I believe it was this past Friday I was Aldi's food shopping. While there I found a few DVD's for $3.99. Can you believe this? Aldi's having DVD's wow. I couldn't believe my eyes. I also could not resist getting them since they were so cheap. So the DVD's I bought were... " The Power of Tai Chi "; " Simply Yoga "; and " The Gift of Yoga. " Aldi's was selling one other DVD which was Pilates. However, I did not buy this one but next time if I go to Aldi's and its still there I may purchase it. I have not tried the Tai Chi one out yet but the first evening I bought them I watched that one to see what it was about since I never knew much about Tai Chi. It sounds interesting. I did not have time to try it out because I had to be to work early am so I had to go to bed early. Today however I used the Yoga DVD's. I really enjoyed them. Though I have a difficulty time focusing, balancing, breathing, relaxing. But I know in time I will get better with it. I did the whole " Simply Yoga " DVD and then did the Relaxation Mini-Workout on the " The Gift of Yoga " DVD. I felt a calmness afterwards. It is soothing. Also now as I am sparkin' I am listening to Meditation Relaxation Music which is soothing and keeping me calm. I will work on Yoga by implementing into my morning routines. I want to be able to perform Yoga upon awakening and then perform Yoga at the end of my day before going to sleep. Hopefully I will feel more peaceful and will be able to focus on me even sleep better and deeper at night awakening feeling REFRESHED and ENERGIZED!

T'ai chi can be an amazing way to recharge your batteries and melt away stress. Concentrated slow motions. As slow as you can go. And deep breathing. It's amazing! I hope you like it!
