It's amazing how that works...

you go through your day, which for most of us, is very sleep and wake up still feeling tired...THEN you start exercising and you'd think the worst thing to do is burn more energy, but by adding exercise, your sleep improves, you don't wake feeling as tired and oh my gosh, you have more energy through the next day...amazing, how energy creates energy...burn it and earn it, I'm sure there's more you want to get done that you've been letting go! emoticon

    Yes sireee! Been reading the SP bk - it's called the upward spiral. I really developed the downward spiral - so if I can do that I ought to be able to up. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Some excercises get your adrenaline going. then you sleep better so you wake up ready to go!

    When i am grouchy or tired i will try some yoga or i crank up the tunes and dance!
