I need some advice - running injury

So I was running at lunch after a 7 minutes warm up, in to my 4th minute I feel my right calf muscle pop ... tried to walk it out, then tried to elliptical it out then tried to bike it out (was at the gym can you tell :)) It now hurts to walk, hurts trying to stretch it out, really hurts walking downstairs (can't do it)
Any advice ????
I am unsure if it is Dr required or if heat/ice will help ... I am taking some advil now to numb it up a bit .... should I go see the massage therapist?
Help, I don't want to stop running for very long so I need to get this thing worked out.
