Another new plan..

It seems I am always coming up with them!
I took a look at prevention.com and they have a plan to build up to jogging.
Week one is to do a 4:1 minute walk/jog 15mins 3days a week.
So I am getting round to some cardio finally!
Am also doing strength exercises everyday because otherwise I forget to do them!
So my plan at the moment is:
Monday: strength and walk/jog
Tuesday: strength and pilates
Wednesday: strength and walk/jog
Thursday: strength and dvds
Friday: strength and walk/jog
Sat/Sun: I am so inconsistent at the weekend, I figure I will leave weekends to chance. I still rarely eat at the weekend, so I can't exercise if I am not fuelled!
