I realize that not everyone likes Michael Jackson's music, but personally it pumps me severely. I have created a routine for myself and if anyone wants to, feel free to join me in doing it.
I start off slowly as all good cardio routines should (we need the warm up) with Man In The Mirror. The song has meaning for me, for if I am going to take the weight off I have to be the one to look in the mirror and make that change! I am pumping my legs at about 9-10 miles per hour for this song, simply by following the beat.
Congratulations you have just done a 50 or so minutes of cardio . Can you tell. Did you work up a sweat? But doesn't it feel great? Have fun with workouts. Do whatever feels good to you.
