I'm finally getting back on track

Monday, January 11, 2010

I've made so many committments over the past year to get on track. There was always somthing detering to get off the path. I found that no matter how many excuses I made as to why I was not sticking to the plan the more I would sabotage myself. I still have a lot of things to work through but I am sticking to the plan no matter what. It's been now 10 days and the weight is coming off. I try to take this one day at a time.

Whoo hoo sounds like you have realy rededicated yourself. I have to take it one hour at a time at times. It is a frustrating and up hill battle but there are times when I see the top of the hill and say wow what a view. Want to join me there? Tomorrow is day eleven, You are doing awesome.
