I am finished using my achilles tendonitis as an excuse not to exercise. Granted I have been doing arm strength training while waiting for my foot to heel. It is better than it was a year ago, even two years ago, but I think it is something I will be living with for the rest of my life. Soooooooooooo that means-I need to get on with life and grin and bear it. I want to be not only thinner, but more important to me-physically fit and strong-not manly strong-female strong.
Some hopeful inducements to help me along this road are, a cruise vacation with my sister in May, and my cousins wedding in 2011. Plus, I turn 40 this year! I want the next 40 years to be FIT-ABULOUS.
