p90x day 2: plyometrics [modified]

so i set my alarm for 6:30 this morning...really wanted to exercise before work to get it out of the way..i am working (as in yes, typing blog from work) a double shift today: 10-2 then 3:45 to 8 with lunch in between...
so my alarm goes off, my eyes open, and my mind was like okay plyo...but my body was achy and didn't want to move...mornings with the cold have been very hard for me to get out of bed with the fibro and such
i rolled over and said i will have to squeeze in plyo at lunch
went to work in full workout gear...also had plyo in DVD player ready to go for me when i got home...antsy morning, couldn't wait to get home and do my workout..literally got home as soon as i could during lunch...
literally just had enough time to do my plyo, grab my 2nd lunch (shakeology)...had to wipe down with baby wipes because i couldn't even shower (can't wait to do that when i'm home) but i'm happy because i got my workout done NO EXCUSES!
i was told not to do plyo b/c my knees have been acting up and hurting bad..so i did it all low impact and modified but still got a great workout..of course mentally it was killing me i couldn't jump and go full force, but i gave 100% of my capability for the day and more then that i can't do.
eating has been super clean & super awesome..i actually got to to have a larabar jocalat chocolate bar for dessert today because i HAD to consume MORE calories for the day not to be too low...gotta love days like that
my shoulders are a bit sore from yesterday's chest & back..am getting them worked on before i leave work..hopefully they will be great for an awesome shoulder & arms workout tomorrow..S &A is one of my faves!
oh p90x, i missed you..i'm so pumped and stoked for this round...dear body: agree with me and let me do this round with no pain. thank u
