My opening video of my weight loss. Welcome and be encouraged.

My diet plan will be:

5 Glasses of Water a day (before or after every meal/ snack)

5 Fruits/ Veg a day

1 hour 30 mins exercise a day

9 Hours sleep at night

Spirulina or Wellwoman Vitamin Tablets emoticon
