what a day

hi all

its been a long slow and tedious day at work today and plenty of running round looking for paperwork and parts.

however this has seen my running up and down the stairs on more times than i care to remember lol

however, having said this it has shown me just how far i have come since joining spark people. it may sound daft to some but whenever i used to have to that before i started on my new lifestyle i would get half way up a flight of stairs and would be having difficulties breathing and my thighs would be screaming at me to stop pressuring them into moving.

not today, well not till the third time i did it in a row. and for me a flight at work is twice what you would find in a standard home.

this has re-motivated me to get back on that bike and peddle some more.

    WooHoo, you're doing great! Keep it up! I just finished an hour of Wii bowling. When I first started I got winded. Not tonight! Progress :)
