So today was day 1! first off I have to thank a High School friend for turning me on to this website for help! he's awesome! but i did my strength exercises and holy crap im beat well not beat just sore tells ya how out of shape i am! had a bowl of special k for breakfast and whooo i gotta go have to be somewhere at 130!!!! see ya on day two!
