We are back to a full week in the schools this week - bummer! No 2 hour delay, today. I was really getting used to it.
A friend and I did the 30 day Shred last night and made a plan to do 30 days over 6 weeks (some together, some at each of our houses). The workout is nice and short and challenging enough to feel like I did something, but I'll also continue with my other stuff: yoga, walking, some KB swings here and there.
Back to logging food online today. The food is definitely a harder beast for me to slay than the exercise!
