Consistency is Key

I fell off the wagon a bit this past weekend, not so much with the eating, but with the exercising and for me that is key to accomplishing any type of weight loss. My goal is to start a 30 day streak of doing something physical everyday, even if it is for only 10 min, just like the Spark Guy did! So from today 1-11-10 to 2-11-10 I need to have tracked at least 10 min of exercise each day. I would also like to add to that by having an additional goal of practicing yoga everyday for at least 20 min. I am starting my yoga teacher training on the 23rd and I kind of slacked off a little with my practice over the holidays, so I don't want to be really behind physically when we start. I'm pretty flexible anyway, so hopefully if I do a little everyday and include a little cardio each day that will help me get ready.
