I have been very unfaithful to the task of weight loss this past week. Now my jeans are quite snug, and I am scared!!!
Ok, so I plan to take the time I need this week to plan meals and tough through the detox from sugar and and salty snacks. No more of this "easing into healthy eating"
Healthy eating starts now. No more sugar! No more white flour! No more preservatives or chemicals! Good-bye tiredness, goodbye grumpiness, goodbye excess weight.
