week one

Ok its week one and I survived. Walked and counted steps, trained my puppy (bonus, counted it as a workout which it was, even if I did end up in a toy box full of soft ball for dogs). Entered all my food intake. Some days good and some days .. well that dark chocolate looked so tempting. But all in all not a bad week, still the same weight but feeling strong, motivated and looking forward to tomorrow emoticon

    Hang in there, it might take a while to get moving, otherwise you'll have to correct and eat less or move more. Don't forget to take your measurements, sometimes the needle doesn't move but you shrink anyway.
