For the past three weeks I've really changed my eating habits. From eating breakfast in the morning to cutting out the beef and pork. For the most part I've been feeling fantastic! I finally understand the connection-treat your body well and it will return the favor. This week my goals are

Up my water intake
Exercise more

Im going to the All Star game on valetine's day weekend and I plan on feeling and looking fantastic!
