Replacing a bad habit with something good

I am attempting to replace my bad (sometimes) habit of eating to much sugar, with more veggies. I do not seem to have a problem with the fruits, but remembering the amount of veggies I need daily seems to be an issue....why, I'm not sure!

I love just about anything so I know it isn't b/c I just don't like them. I started getting the V8 juice to try to jumpstart this new habit and it seems to be working out so far.

I am going to replace the cookies sitting at the desk next to me, staring at me, with a serving of green beans. Or how about those donuts the manager got for everyone that just do happen to have the lid open calling my name....WRONG...replacing with a serving of raw broccoli!

See, sugar doesn't stand a chance in MY nutritional tracker. Not saying I am perfect but the high sugars will be cut off at the legs with these powerful veggies!
