That last video I blogged about kicked my butt! Well, my thighs, actually. I couldn't walk down the stairs for 2 days! I'm back at it. The kids and I have been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It's not as scary as it sounds, which would explain why I have owned it for months and never tried it- it sounded scary. But it's very good.

I have lost a pound, but I'm not changing my bar because I'm still above the 205 that I started with when I learned how to make the bar. So... a few more to go. I've been drinking more water, remembering to take my pills every day, and not eating unless I'm actually hungry (usually I just graze all day long.) So... going well here. I'm sure longing for summer, though!
