I'm having trouble getting back in the swing of things again after the holiday. I got sick and used it as an excuse to eat bad and not exercise for a few days. For some odd reason I still lost weight this week. I can't figure that one out. lol Anyway, today I was going to not exercise again and instead I got my workout clothes on and did my 30 on my elliptical plus an extra 15 minutes! That's a great way to start the week. Wish me luck with tomorrow!
