1/10/10 Back On Track.....AGAIN!

Hi all!

I could not be more than a happy camper today! I got up, hit the scale and I'm down 6.1 pounds from last week. That is with eating ok, and and the small amount of exercise I had. I'm so pumped for the challenge starting today on my team (FAFFFT Team)! It will be fun to be back in the swing of things, slow but sure. Oh, I know I have to reign in the eating cause that first week is mostly water, but I still feel a bit more energized at maybe a 2 instead of a 0.
I have to keep reminding myself to go easy, as I am known to take off and never stop which is worse!!! I know I can do it....did it before and I can do it again. Hopefully this time my health will not give me major setbacks and I can move forward and not back!!!!

    Way to go Lynn! Considering how sick U were, these 1st few wks the weight should just fall off of U. So good to hear U sounding healthy & motivated. NOT that U were never motivating, but being ill & gone, we didn't have your cyber kicks daily like we did b4! I LOVE IT!

    That weight loss is still very encouraging for motivation needed!!!! Way to go!!! Slow and steady always keeps you on course!!! And yes, you can do it!!!!
