good things that happened yesterday:
I got a new job sort of... different job, same company
I made goal for the day
I am a little frustrated with my weight gain this week (.8 pounds). I don't understand how I can consistently lose weight for four weeks, and then during the two weeks I actually eat at the low end of my calorie range and exercise more than ever, I gain. I did take my measurements and lost 2.5 inches in my waist alone so I am excited about that but, I am not convinced that muscle weighs that much. Does it?
