I just finished my day 8 Bootcamp workout and I must say, I'm happy with the results so far. I noticed an improvement in my energy level when I did the Jump Start Cardio video today. Last Sunday I found it to be a bit too much. Today I still found it hard to do all of that high impact jumping, but I found it easier to keep moving at a decent pace through the whole thing.
My arms feel stronger and (although it might just be my imagination) they feel a wee bit less flabby. I have been eating more than my nutrition plan recommends, but I am losing weight! I got rid of the two pounds that had crept back up on me and the numbers on the scale seem to be moving in the right direction again.
The Bootcamp schedule doesn't always work well for me, so I have switched things around and doubled up on the videos a couple of times, but the important thing is that I'm doing it!
I now understand just how important it is to exercise. My past weight loss attempts have really focused on food rather than fitness. I am really getting to enjoy moving my body rather than dreading it!!
