The trouble

It seems like the littlest things are sometimes the most troublesome to overcome. For the longest time I was really hanging in there and drinking water like I should. Then for some reason, lately I've just fallen off the water wagon! I have been drinking hot green tea but not enough to make up that deficit. Seems like every so often I just have to go back to basics and evaluate things over again. Then I can see things that need to be addressed and hopefully change them for the better. This is just one of many things that need to be tweaked but this water goal is what I'm concentrating on right now! The next thing you all should hear is the slosh from my added water consumption!

    I found I drink more water if it is room temperature rather than iced or cold. I have a poture with a lid that holds 64 ounces that I fill everyday and when it is gone I know I have had my minimum. See if that works for you. Blessings, Grace

    Stick to the basics and reevaluate as needed. For me, usually once a month I review to make sure I have all my bases covered!

    It takes a while but I too have problems from time to time with my water intake. The other night I woke up with charlie horses in my legs - first thing I thought of was that I did not have enough water.

    I am very new and am also having a hard time with the water drinking. I get about 2 in but this week I'm going to shoot for 4. It doennt seem as overwelming that way. It is really hard at work as we are not allowed to drink anything on the floor (I am an RN in the hospital.) and we rarely get breaks or even lunch during our shifts. (12 hour shifts). My goal is to drink drink drink this week....
