working again

alarm went off this morning and all i could think to do was pull my duvet up over my head. until i got a push from russ.

had a good nights sleep so feel much better.

looking forward to finding out how much walking i will do today at work but hoping it wont be too much as my thighs are still sore from the extra exercise i have been doing.

went food shopping yesterday and was looking at the 'fantastic' weight loss breakfast bars. what a con. all the brand named ones that are advertised on the tv had little to no nutritional value in them other then calories and the cheaper store brands werent much better. however a big thank you to this website for making tracking of food so easy because without realising what i should be consuming each day i would have just bought them without reading the label.

for all others who would normally fall into this same trap please be careful and keep an eye on those labels. its well worth spending the extra time doing so as to avoid these traps.
