COMPLETE NUTRITION - I promise to eat at least 3-5 freggies a day
COMPLETE FITNESS- I will do 30 Cardio Workouts at least 5 times a week
COMPLETE ACCOUNTABILITY-I will post my nutrition goals daily and my fitness goals weekly on the "Put It On Paper" thread. I will also track my food and exercise on the spark people tracker.
