Yes, I fought off the sweet tooth craving yesterday, but must confess it got the best of me today. Hubby and I were both looking for something sweet and I ended up eating too much of it. He can always eat what he wants and has never had a weight problem.
For dinner, we had very lean beef patties with mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and fresh fruit salad and I made myself eat 2 cups of my green salad, too. So now I feel as though I am back on track. Tomorrow I promise to be better!

I will admit that I have one of the same problems that you do. My husband can eat anything he wants and not gain a pound. I really wish that I had his metabolism. On Sunday night he asked me to get him a swiss roll out of the cabinet. It was very hard for me to get him one and not get one for myself when these are my favorite. Instead I grab a pack of my 100 calorie packs and pretended they were swiss rolls. Keep up the good work. You are a inspiration to me. emoticon

What a great dinner~ I'm sure it will quickly make up for any diversional activity you had! I've really enjoyed the time with my daughter and have not been the best but have been doing ok. I will be blogging when she heads back to college tomorrow.

    Keep up the good eating!

I confess... I gave into the same temptation today. I thought my sweet cravings would disappear with Christmas... but not such luck yet! Oh well, Tomorrow is another day. Good luck with it.
