I officially start the P90X program. When they say that P90X is extreme, they are NOT kidding. I have only attempted to do and mostly watched the 2 core workouts and OMG. This is one bad a$$ program. I will do as the program suggests which is to "do your best and forget the rest". I WILL NOT be defeated before I even start by telling myself that I can't do this or that. I will keep a record of what I do and watch my progress. And maybe at the end of the 90 days I will stil not be doing every exercise but I know one thing for sure and that is if I stick with it I will be in far better shape than when I begin. So, I'm getting psyched to "Bring It" on Monday.

    i've completed 1 week so far and I love it. one of my fav things about it is there are many variations to the moves, half the time he says one persons doing this anothers doing this, you could do this, i don't care as long as your moving =P it keeps me motivated becuase i may not be able to do it like a star, but if i start at MY pace, i bet, by pushign forward the best that I can, i will be able to do it (or close to) thoes toned triped and riped people in the videos lol
