coming to the end of my first spark week

i have never been really good with dieting and even worse at exercising. last year i spent money on getting some cardio machines and used them when i first put them up then never even looked at them.
this week i have been on two of them every day and have even enjoyed it. i pushed myself to far the other night so needed a night off. my partner however, wouldnt let me. 'if you take a day off now you wont do it again. just do five mins instead' he said. so i did, knowing he would only nag me if i didnt. lol.
it was the kick up the backside i needed though. and with his support and the help of the spark people website so far so good.
