This is my second day on SparkPeople. I am really surprised at all of the free tools for both fitness and nutrition integrated all in one place. It has really surprised me at how many calories I really eat every day. Staying in my goal calorie range will really be tough, but it is time for a change.

    Welcome to SparkPeople!! I love it, love it, love it! Stick with us and you'll find so much motivation and inspiration on these pages. Aside from all the tools, it's THE PEOPLE that make it click for so many of us. You'll stay in that calorie range. For me when I started looking up nutritional information BEFORE I ate something, at least half the time, I didn't eat it. Seeing those calories in black and white yanked me right back to reality.     Isn't it amazing! I absolutely love this place, it is so user friendly. There is so much support. Today i was feeling a little blah but when I signed on and was reminded of all the support I have I really perked up and did some exercises.

    Yes Spark People has a lot of resources for all of us to use. They are very useful. Yes it is hard at first to readjust how you eat but it gets better in time.
