Well, not great but holding my own?? My weight seems to stay consistent which is good. I don't eat all the fruits and veggies that I should but.... My main focus this next week is exercise! I need to find/make time for exercise!!

    You'll do it! And as far as the fruits and veggies go, you'll get them in, too. Try a veggie soup, fruit salad, or smoothie. Those are some fairly simple yet very effective ways to get them in! Hope that helps!
