Week 2 results

So I type this quickly as the little on sleeps.

So I lost 3lbs. Not sure how. I think the little bit of cardio has helped. I'm still trying to work on the correct amount of calories to eat and not have it mess up my milk supply. I've been keeping it around 2000 but then I just read something that said 2700. Ugh, this is difficult.

So I'm doing the bootcamp and I do manage to get in the 10 mins of cardio but not so much on the toning. I'm ok with that at this point. I did pull out my stepper and modified the bootcamp cardio to I'm definitely getting my heart rate up for those 10 mins. Next week I will do them twice a day. I try to workout while Lillian naps but she is not a great napper. I sometimes don't make it through my 10 minutes before she wakes up :-(

So for Lillian's 2 months, she weighed in at 10lbs 11oz, 21.9 inches. She got her shots and was a champ about it. Surprisingly enough, she wasn't really fussy the rest of the day. So I was glad about that.

Well on to the weekend and the next week. I'm hoping to keep the scale moving down 1lb at a time from this point.
