1. Coffee (black)
2. Veggie curry, basmati rice, french bread, yogurt, and diet ginger ale
3. Apple
4. Chilis Bar and Grill Cedar Plank Tilapia (with steamed broccoli and black beans), diet coke
5. A few bites of loaded mashed potatos (from Rusha's plate)
6. About 5 french fries (from Mitchell's plate)

I've started tracking my caloric intake on again. According to that, I am consuming more fat than I want and usually not taking in enough carbs. I shall start paying more attention to that starting tomorrow.
