getting into a routine

Yesterday was the insanity fitness test, and yes it was hard, today was the first workout Plyometric Cardio Circuit. 47 minutes of insane cardio. I did it, I finished but I had to take a lot of little breathers. It is by far the hardest workout I have done. It makes the firm 500 calorie workout look like play time. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. I will be sore I am sure
